Internet and other essential services for refugees in Dunkirk

Mobile Refugee Support work in tough conditions around Dunkirk to support refugees by distributing clothing, essential items and phone and power pack recharging. Our Big Box system, deployed in late 2017, is helping Mobile Refugee Support provide another vital service: high-quality Wi-Fi.

‘Wi-Fi is probably one of the most important pieces of aid because it gives everyone so many more options. It’s so easy to set up: you literally turn up, plug it into the generator, put the antenna up and it’s on and go and everyone can just log on, everyone’s really happy with it.’ – Tom, volunteer at Mobile Refugee Support
