First, check the on/off button and make sure that the button is pressed down and the button light is on. Check your power source is working. If you are using a battery, make sure it is fully charged. If the button light is pulsing, turn the Big Box off and unplug the power. Then plug the power back in before turning it on. Do not turn Big Box on before turning on the power.

If you are using a battery, check that it is fully charged. If you are using a SIM card, check if it's inserted the right way round. You should hear a ‘click’ sound when it’s inserted correctly. Please note it can take a few minutes for the networks to appear on your devices once the Box is switched on. If possible, try using a different device such as a computer or mobile device to connect to Big Box to ensure the issue is not your device. Try restarting Big Box by turning it off and on again.

If you are using a battery, check that it is fully charged. If you are using a SIM card, make sure it’s inserted in the right way. You should hear a ‘click’ sound when it’s inserted correctly. If you are using a SIM card, make sure your data plan is active and has enough data on it. Check your signal strength via the local UI. If Big Box feels hot, is in a hot environment, or stacked between insulated materials, it may overheat, and the network will throttle down and eventually stop. Move it to a cooler place as soon as possible.

Ensure you are connected to the JNG admin network. Check the password on the bottom of your Big Box. If you cannot access this, get in touch with us at support@janga.la.
